The Osceola School District invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for service related to Maintenance, Custodial, Grounds, or any combination of these options.
CUSTODIAL RFP SUMMARY
Purpose of RFP:
To solicit proposals from qualified vendors for custodial services for the Osceola School District.
Scope of Services:
Includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning schedules for classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias and common areas across all district facilities.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in custodial services.
Ability to management custodial operations for over 250,000 square feet.
Provision of trained personnel, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
References for large-scale custodial service contracts.
Submission Instructions:
Submit sealed proposals by March 31, 2026, 3:00 p.m. to the Osceola School District Administration Building, 2750 West Semmes, Osceola, AR 72370, for providing the goods and services described herein.
LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
