State and Federal Guidelines require notice be given to parents and/or adult students prior to destruction of special education due process forms and records. If you have a child who had been enrolled in special education, speech, physical and/or occupational therapy in the Osceola School District in the 2017-2018 school year, their records will be destroyed after August 31, 2023. You have the right to pick up your child's due process records prior to the designated destruction date. If your child is eighteen years old or older, he/she may pick up their records.

These records will be available for pick up at 711 W Lee, Osceola, Ar. Pick up dates and times are Monday-Friday as follows:

August 23-25  7:30 am - 3:30 pm

If the time (not the dates) indicated above are not convenient for you, please leave a message at 870-563-0614. Someone will contact you in order to discuss a time which may be more convenient for you. All records not picked up will be destroyed after August 31, 2023.
