CUSTODIAL RFP SUMMARY
Purpose of RFP:
To solicit proposals from qualified vendors for custodial services for the Osceola School District.
Scope of Services:
Includes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning schedules for classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas across all district facilities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custodial services.
- Ability to manage custodial operations for over 250,000 square feet.
- Provision of trained personnel, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- References from large-scale custodial service contracts.
Submission Instructions:
Submit sealed proposals by March 31, 2026, 3:00 PM to the Osceola School District Administration Building, 2750 West Semmes, Osceola, AR 72370.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The Contract shall be for 24 months with Osceola School District
Sealed proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the Osceola School District Administration Building, located at 2750 West Semmes, Osceola, AR 72370, for providing the goods and services described herein.
LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
