The Board is now accepting petitions from qualified electors who are interested in being considered for appointment to fill the unexpired term. Applicants must reside within zone 3 and meet all qualifications required by Arkansas law.
Deadline to submit petitions: July 3rd, 2026
Petitions should be submitted to: 2750 W Semmes, Osceola AR 72370 | Superintendent's Office

By contacting the Superintendent's Office
In accordance with Arkansas law, petitions must:
Be submitted no later than 10 days before the noticed meeting
Include signatures from at least 20 qualified electors from the affected zone
State the candidate's intention to be considered for appointment
The Board will consider qualified applicants during a public meeting on July 13th, 2026.
