North/ PreK and Kindergarten Registration Registration is open now, come register your PreK or Kindergarten student for the upcoming school year. Must be 3/4 on August 1 for PreK and 5 on or before August 1 for kindergarten. #brickbybrick

North/ Summer Learning Opportunity North Summer Learners and staff wishes to express appreciation to Dr. Yancy and Dr. Durrah, Center for Strategic Learning (TELL Grant) for providing a wonderful learning opportunity for our students. Students went to the Memphis Zoo on a chartered bus to observe animals in their natural habitats. They enjoyed lunch at the Cat House before returning home. #brickbybrick

Exciting News! BNSF Railway Foundation Supports All Kids Bike Program at North Elementary in Osceola, AR! We're thrilled to announce that the BNSF Railway Foundation is funding the All Kids Bike Kindergarten PE Learn-to-Ride Program at North Elementary School! This amazing initiative will equip our kindergarten students with bikes, helmets, and everything needed to learn to ride confidently and safely. Makeup Days Due to winter weather, Osceola School District was forced to cancel classes on January 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th. Please note the following makeup schedule for the canceled days: Friday, April 12, 2024 Friday, April 26, 2024 Friday, May 24, 2024 Friday, May 31, 2024 These days will be regular school days, and the last day of school will be Friday, May 31, 2024. Osceola School District understands that the recent cancellations may have caused some inconvenience for families and students, but safety is our top priority. We want to ensure that our students have the best opportunity to learn in a safe and comfortable environment. North/ I-Ready Celebration North Students excelled in the I-Ready Assessment for end of year. Students grew 3810 in Reading and 1862 points in Math. As a celebration, students were given a silly string party. Both staff and students had a wonderful time. #brickbybrick
