Exciting News from Osceola Seminoles Baseball! This week, our Osceola Seminoles baseball program was proudly represented at the prestigious Cross Training Camp at Harding Academy! This is the most renowned baseball camp in Arkansas, and Coach Hearn has had the honor of working with them for the last 13 years. We're incredibly proud of our players for their dedication and hard work. The experience and skills they gained will surely make a big impact on our team! Coach Leggett has been an integral part of our community for 29 years, inspiring and guiding our students with dedication and passion. Throughout the years, Coach Leggett's commitment to excellence and unwavering support have left a lasting impact on countless students, athletes, and colleagues. His legacy of leadership, sportsmanship, and mentorship will continue to resonate in our hearts and halls. OHS/ Students rewards OHS students were awarded gift cards for all A honor roll ($50), A/B honor roll($25), and perfect attendance ($25) for the 1st - 3rd quarter.  Students also received gift cards for student of the month ($50). Student totals ranged from $25 - $275. Donations from Darrius Slayton's Left-Hand, Right-Hand Foundation made these gifts possible. The total gifts awarded to students were $8600.00.  Thank you Mr. Slayton for investing in our students and for being a Seminole partner. Makeup Days Due to winter weather, Osceola School District was forced to cancel classes on January 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th. Please note the following makeup schedule for the canceled days: Friday, April 12, 2024 Friday, April 26, 2024 Friday, May 24, 2024 Friday, May 31, 2024 These days will be regular school days, and the last day of school will be Friday, May 31, 2024. Osceola School District understands that the recent cancellations may have caused some inconvenience for families and students, but safety is our top priority.
