North/ Increasing Student Engagement
North Elementary teachers have been working hard to increase student engagement in all classrooms. During observations, teachers using "turn and talk" or "callbacks" had their names written on a slip of paper to be entered in a drawing for a WalMart card. OSD / Band Fundraiser
The OHS Band is having a fish fry fundraiser on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 11am-5pm at Osceola High School in the Home Economics Room. Their will be a special performance at 2pm by the Mighty Marching Seminoles Band.

Osceola School District is having Parent Teacher Conference on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 8:30am - 3:30pm. Students will not attend school on Thursday, February 16, 2023 and Friday, February 17, 2023. Osceola School District will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 for Presidents Day.

Students and parents collected money to be used for end of the year student activities. In an effort to update parent information sheets, North challenged parents to update information sheets with current address and phone numbers. All parents who returned the updated forms by last Friday were entered into a drawing for a $25 WalMart card.
