CSE/iReady Celebration On Friday, January 27th, CSE celebrated our students’ iReady growth in reading and math. As we played the song Celebration over the intercom, students walked down the hall proudly carrying their iReady growth signs while classmates, staff, and parents cheered them on. The celebration was held in the gym where they enjoyed music, dancing lights, food, and other activities. We are proud of all of our students as their growth ranged from 10 to 80+ points. We also want to thank parents for donating their time and helping to make this celebration a success! #brickbybrick

CSE/Awards Assembly CSE recognized their students for their efforts and achievements for the 2nd nine weeks and 1st semester. Students received an award for Good Citizenship, Perfect Attendance, Principal’s Award (All As), and/or A/B Honor Roll. #brickbybrick

CSE/100th Day of School CSE students have rocked 100 days of school! Classes conducted different activities to celebrate the 100th day of school. Third grade had a classroom fashion show displaying their 100th day fashion/creativity in the form of t-shirts and posters. #brickbybrick

Hello Families! CSE is off to a great start for the 2nd semester! This week students will take their iReady assessments for reading and math. Assessments will begin at 8:15 a.m. on January 12th-13th. Students will need their Chromebooks to take these assessments. Please make sure your child brings their Chromebook back to school. i-Ready is an online program for reading and/or mathematics that will help your child’s teacher(s) determine your child’s needs, personalize their learning, and monitor progress throughout the school year. i-Ready allow teacher(s) to meet students exactly where they are and provides data to increase their learning gains. i-Ready consists of two parts: Diagnostic and Personalized Instruction (information obtained from: https://i-readycentral.com/familycenter/what-is-i-ready/).
