The Christmas spirit stopped by North Elementary today! Our students had a magical time snapping photos with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. From big smiles to wide eyes, the excitement filled every corner of the school. It was a joyful day full of laughter, wonder, and holiday cheer!

Our hearts are with the Manila School District as they navigate an unimaginable tragedy. In support of their community, we will be collecting donations at tonight’s basketball game, as well as at the boys’ game next Tuesday against Walnut Ridge.

Mrs. Whitehead will be accepting donations at the door at both events.

At Monday night’s School Board meeting, we had the honor of celebrating some of the outstanding students and teachers across our district.

Students were recognized for their academic success, high test scores, and exemplary citizenship—each one a shining example of hard work and dedication.

We also celebrated teachers who continue to excel in the classroom and make a lasting impact on our schools. Their commitment to student growth and achievement is truly inspiring.

The Lady Seminoles have a full lineup of home games this month. All games begin at 5 PM and will take place at the OHS Arena, with middle school, junior varsity, and varsity teams competing each night.

North/ PreK Turkey Disguise

🦃🎨 PreK Parent Involvement Fun! 🎨🦃

Our PreK students had an amazing time participating in our Disguise a Turkey parent involvement learning activity! Families worked together to help their turkeys go undercover using creativity, imagination, and lots of giggles. From superheroes to silly costumes, our students loved sharing their disguised turkeys with classmates!

Thank you to all of our wonderful parents for taking the time to support learning at home and making this activity so memorable. These shared moments help build strong home–school connections and make learning come alive for our little ones.

Yesterday, Osceola FFA members enjoyed a campus tour of Arkansas State University, exploring educational options. They also had the rare opportunity to meet and listen to world-renowned Dr. Temple Grandin, an advocate for those living with autism, animal care, and an inspiration to people worldwide. Thank you to OHS for providing this opportunity and for consistently supporting OHS students.
