Career Carnival – A Day to Celebrate Our Seniors! Today, seniors attended the Career Carnival hosted by the Career Development & Training Institute, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, and the Advocacy and Resource Cooperative! It was an incredible day filled with career exploration, networking, and fun! North / ATLAS Testing North Elementary Kindergarten will be testing April 22-25. Please make sure your child gets plenty of sleep the night before testing, eats a nutritious breakfast, and gets off to a calm start. CSE/Math and Science Night CSE students and parents had a fantastic time at Math and Science Night! The evening was filled with hands-on math games, exciting science experiments, and fun for the whole family. Students who completed all the activities earned a special gold coin to redeem a free book from our book vending machine. Parents had a chance to win door prizes, and students also took home fun prizes. One of the highlights was the "popcorn bar," where students created their own custom snack mixes. Track and Field Special Olympics The Osceola School District proudly participated in the Track and Field Special Olympics event hosted by Gosnell School District on April 11, 2025. Our students competed with enthusiasm and determination, earning several first and second place awards. We are incredibly proud of their outstanding efforts and sportsmanship. OSD Band Seniors Signing Day ! On Friday, April 11, the OSD Band Directors hosted a special Signing Day celebration to honor their amazing seniors — and what an unforgettable moment it was! Every senior received a scholarship offer to attend LeMoyne-Owen College in Memphis, TN, totaling an incredible $96,000 in scholarship awards from that opportunity alone! We are also proud to share that the OHS Band seniors have now received a combined total of $742,000 in scholarship offers!
